EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 21-day exchange policy on our regular items, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item(s) to start an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) should be in original condition, with tags and unworn.

Contact us with your order number to begin an exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you the information about where and how to to send back the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Since every item is made to order, they are non-refundable. We offer product exchange in case you're not happy with what you receive or you purchase the wrong size.

We strongly recommend referring the size chart in each product page very carefully before placing an order.
